• Unable to amend the products on your order at all once it has been placed.
• Order will be automatically canceled after 3 days if payment is incomplete.
• All Normal Price Items returns request will only be accepted within 14 days from the date of purchase.
• All Promotional/ Discounted items & items sold during SALE events are not eligible for return & exchanges.
• All return items must be unworn, unwashed, and complete with all originals tags & original packaging if applicable.
• Kindly ensure all return packages are sent with traceable and insured services, SBVT will not take any responsibility on any damaged or lost items during the transit.

We will exchange items that has returned to us within 7 days from received date and subjected to availability of the stocks.
